Ramsgate Festival of Sound is a nine day event taking place at the end of August, showcasing the town's enormously talented music and arts community. Annual features include the much loved Screaming Alley Cabaret, Sonic Trail & Busk at Dusk & Hear the People Sing.

As Head of Visitor Experience, Helen employed 60 members of staff across the hospitality, front of house and box office departments.  All proceeds went directly back into the overall business, supporting an extensive and eclectic range of productions such as theatre, comedy, music and emerging artists
