RIEDEL Wine Glass Experience

2.00pm

Saturday 18th May

Take your tastebuds on a 1.5 hour journey of discovery as Martin Turner, RIEDEL's UK Ambassador, guides

you through a unique comparative tasting.

RIEDEL, the 300 year old family owned company known for the creation and development of varietal-specific stemware, were the first glass manufacturer to recognise that the taste of a beverage is affected by the shape of the vessel from which it is consumed.

Perceptions are altered, senses astounded as you experience the affect that each of the different glass shapes has on both your nose and on your palate.

A Salon with Lady Palmer

6.30pm Saturday 18th May

You are cordially invited to attend 'A Salon with Lady Palmer' , a sumptuous five course dinner created by chef Bruce Stratford.  Each course will showcase delicious seasonal produce, paired with specially selected

Kent wines.

This unique immersive event will take place at a very special private residence, where we find Lady Palmer, a famed Ramsgate socialite of the 1920's, in a very anxious state. Her husband, Lord Palmer, hasn't been seen for weeks and has left her in the possession of some priceless artefacts of dubious provenance. And if that wasn't bad enough, there have been some strange goings on in the house...

Come for dinner and find out how you can help Lady Palmer solve these mysteries!
